The Wim Hof Method is a powerful and accessible approach for transformative change - drawing on the pillars of breathwork, mindset and ice exposure. Tim is a certified level 2 Wim Hof Instructor and draws from his background as a chiropractor and training in other breathwork modalities (XPT, Conscious connected Breathwork) to provide an informative and awesome experience. Our workshops are focused on providing a safe and expansive space to explore breathwork, challenge your limitations and experience how life changing the Wim Hof Method can be.
FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP - starting out with breathwork - one of the fundamental pillars of the method, a light morning tea; followed with a 3 degree Ice bath and a traditional heat sauna (optional) to finish. In these workshops we've had people of all levels and exposure to the Wim Hof Method attend - whether a total newbie or a seasoned experimentalist we think there's always something new to be learned or experienced. Find inner strength, (perhaps you didn't know you had!) by being guided through this work with Tim's gentle, supportive and informative approach.
ADVANCED WORKSHOP - a day long deeper dive for those with some level Wim Hof experience - either previous Fundamentals workshop, or similar (please contact us before booking if you have exposure other than a workshop with us). Gear up to challenge yourself mentally and physically , and gain deeper insight into the method.
All workshop are held at our studio at Kina Beach with Ice Bath and Sauna overlooking the Moutere Inlet.
