Nikki Fitzgerald is an experienced pre & post natal yoga teacher bringing a wealth of knowledge and calming presence to her teaching. A mother of teenage boys she has first hand experience with giving birth and enjoys empowering women to harness mind and body awareness in this wonderful journey.
Roisin is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a special interest in pregnancy care and movement. She is passionate about helping women to understand their body and having ways to feel both empowered and supported during this time. Roisin has a 15 month old boy and feels lucky to have had tools and knowledge available to her that helped her to enjoy the experience of giving birth.
